The downloadable widget would pop-up on their mobile device whenever a pre-set pill reminder or appointment arose.
Acquisition and Retention Newsletters
To create desire for seniors to click on CareAlert emails and warm to the brand, they featured newsletters with non-ADT related helpful articles ranging from nutrition to retirement homes, cholesterol watch, pain meds etc. We also included forums where seniors could connect to each other.
The retention newsletter included other ADT product related ads and soft up-sell topics revolving around burglary stories and how ADT helped.
The acquisition newsletter soft sell topics more prominently featured topics about CareAlert as soft
up-sell.
